3rd Quality - The fabric I was sent was less soft and brittle. I sent it back to the company, but not before making a few pieces. The issue is that because it’s brittle the fabric is getting little holes by the seams. These do not have a tag or waist tie - but buttonholes (that are not opened) have been sewn if you wanted to add one.

Waist Unstretched: 14”
Waist Stretched: 19”
Hips: 23.5”
