3rd Quality - The fabric I was sent was less soft and brittle. I sent it back to the company, but not before making a few pieces. The issue is that because it’s brittle the fabric is getting little holes by the seams. See photos.

Chest: 21.5”
Shoulder to Hem: 22.5”
