Welcome

 

Object Apparel sources GOTS certified organic fabrics to make its clothing and accessories. Natural dyes and non-toxic inks are used in our dying and screen printing processes. Everything is handmade in our Detroit studio.


Shipping

We ship USPS first class mail, or priority (over 1lb packages) which typically takes 3-5 business days for first class and 1-4 for Priority in the United States. If you would like to arrange for a faster delivery please send us a message before purchasing. 

Made to order and custom items will be shipped in 1-2 days upon completion of the item. Please note the items description for estimated production time. 

We ship internationally at a flat rate. All international orders are final sale. Please check your counties customs/duty policies. Object Apparel is not at fault if you don’t pay duty or for lost, damaged or undelivered items due to your countries customs/post office policies.

For lost packages, or delayed packages it is the duty of the customer to reach out to USPS or their carrier to file a complaint.


Refunds & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

Contact me within: 2 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom Orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Sale Items

  • Any item whose description lists that it is final sale

  • International Orders

  • Purchase of duplicate items of the same size (please purchase one item and confirm the fit before purchasing multiples of the same size)

  • Orders for more $400

Returns and Exchange Details

Object Apparel will refund items (minus a 15% restocking fee and the cost to ship the item) as long as it is returned to our studio within 7 business days of the customer receiving it. Customer must pay for return shipping, any items lost or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Object Apparel. Upon Object Apparel's receipt of the unworn, and undamaged item, the refund will be granted. If the item is returned damaged or worn, a refund will not be issued. No refunds on final sale items will be given.

In the case of exchanges the customer pays for return shipping of the item, and Object Apparel will pay for shipping to send out the replacement garment.

Tracking is sent once each item ships. If we see that the item has not been shipped to your door via tracking, we will refund your purchase price. If we see the item has been received via tracking, no refunds will be issued for stolen or misplaced packages.
